For Sims 2 are available for download: Apartment Captains Retreat from Beagle Agent and the starterhouses
Bronx Avenue 20 by Corinna and Kleine Fabrik from magicdawn.
Also for Sims 3, we have two new houses for you. One of Simdieter named Riverview Road 452 (Tombie Wombie) and
Am Eichenhain 365 from Pumamax.
There are still two new patterns from me. One with tulips and one with pastures. Images to apply it on the download page.

and her name is kilt-mcdowell and damast-beige. In addition the gentleman from Scotland to match these colors,

The first female Sim for Sims 3 - 2 Houses Sims 3 - 3 Houses Sims 2
Today I present you my first young adults. Her name is Chiara Verne and she comes from the famous Jules Verne.
Have fun playing with her.
To this end, we have 1 Starter House for Sims 3, named Kleiner Adlerhorst, and from Stoffel
a house with the name Wasserlilienweg - Haus Bergmann.
Also for the Sims 2 there are 3 new houses created by Vera. They are called
Flotter Otto Weg 86, Torkelweg 79 and Seerosenweg 85.

The first Sims 3 House - 7 Micronesia Communitylots
Today I present to you our first Sims 3 House. It's called "Orangenhain" (orange groves) and is sufficient for a family with children.
The wood pile, on one of the pictures, it's only in the game, if you've installed Riverview.
Then we have 7 Communitylots from Fibo, all from the series Micronesia and all with small lots.
These were all created by MaryLou.
