Houses in all Styles and one Gown

Stoffel and Vera serve us today new houses.
Stoffel built us a amazing napier-house named An der Klippe 8 (On the Cliff 8).
Vera surprises us with a modern Villa Morgenstern and a cute timbered house Bachstraße 50 (Brook Street 50).
For going out and in order to bring some springtime breeze into that cold season, from me there is this evening dress named Greenglitter. Suitable for the next ball and also for the night at the opera. ;-)

Apartments and Paintings

Fibo has built for you three very different types of apartments.
First of all: Stadthäuser Amigo (Townhouses Amigo). Five color coordinated and constructural very beautiful houses with small gardens.
Further on: Fuhrpark freundliche Nachbarn (Car Pool Friendly Neighbour). A caravan park, small but nice.
Last not least: Apartments Citylife. A rather urban apartment building.
Besides from me two handicraft paintings römische Gärten (Roman Gardens).

Communitylot and Picture

What would be our Sims without Communitylots? They might sit around at home, they could not go shopping or into the bars or to go out for a meal. Therefore, there are for you today 3 communitylots. From Fibo Tills Supermarket, small, however, everything available, from Max the Club Capone, very smartly, and from Stoffel the The Second Empire Restaurant. A restaurant of the high category.
In addition we have a poster fromFibo in the style of 70th with friendly permission from Topposter.de

Mansions, a small house and Fences

Fibo und Vera would like to show us today which nice mansions we can build for the Sims. From Fibo we have the Belladonna Villa and from Vera the Villa Sonnenschein. Simply ask Your Sims, which one they prefer. ;).
Frisur has built a little house for that Sim, who has just finished his Studies, named Main Weg 42. And at first the new owner must develop the garden.
magicdawn has again new meshes for you, namely fantastic fences according to the nice columns from Mansion & Garden Stuff.

A lot of Apartments, a new Door and etwas something for Teenager

In our offer today are Apartments from Stoffel, Vera und Maren, named Napier Style, Einsamer Weg 28 and Blauer See. Anyway, they are cosy and highly recommend if your Sim is searching a new home.
From Fibo we hand in later now a recolor: Actually this door should have been supplied with the house from Anke with VuG. but it didn't work anyway ;).
At last from me a lower and upper part for Teenager. Suitable for the current weather. The Skirt is built according to sample specification from Fibo.

Houses and a Ballgown

Fibo has built to us a house in two versions. One without the addon villas and garden accessories and one with. If you don't own this add-on, please download only the the version House Anke without VuG. Beagle Agent provide us a protected luxury mansion named Ocean Boulevard.
In addition there is an evening dress of me with the ladies every Simmann can dazzle.
